Here shows the rear
rotor installed, we'll get
a  Harley style rear
brake system to match.
Here shows the front wheel brake mounting flange. I have removed the hub and machine down the raised area to remove the
unused brake flange on the right side and it's chrome plated.
Next is the right caliper mount casting.
The air ride system is gorgeous, adjustable ride
height and chrome finish are just a couple of the trick
aspects of this system.
Notice the snake pattern on the Avon Cobra 300
rear and 130 front tires.
I've finished the tubing and swing-arm bearings that
I'll use on this one of a kind chassis. The dragster
joints will allow for adjust ability and replace ability as
well as a superior response to the suspension.
In order to get a bit more turning radius, I've made a cove for the fork legs to nest into the tank.
I got another fork tree to modify by removing the fork stops and lock. Next I smoothed the front of the neck. Now I
have made new ones.
As cool as the shape of the
risers are, I think they are a
couple of inches too high at
the clamps and a little to
pulled back,,I think I'd like to
make a set
Tapping the front side of the axle
blocks for hidden adjusters
before I weld in the cross braces
we've made some mounts for the foot
controls to allow the swingarm pivots
space inside the mounts. Now we'll
add some aero skin and
reinforcements.
