| The third annual Copperhead Run Rally was a great success. After a full year of improvements to the rally grounds, we were greeted with a renovated old rock bar with a natural stone bar and walls. Even a brand new burnout pad. There were poker runs through the best riding roads that Oklahoma has to offer. The Spavinaw road leading to the rally grounds is legendary. A full schedule of bike and people games kept everyone entertained and the crowd involved well into the night every night of the three day rally. From the classic hot dog grab and keg roll to a full schedule of great bands. There were tattoo artist, novelty vendors, pinstriping, my own display of custom motorcycles and a dyno truck to pass the time wandering and talking to nice folks and enjoying the Oklahoma easy biker lifestyle complete with a real biker wedding. As the evening wor on, the clothes wore off of the contestants in the jello wrestling, Miss Copperhead Run Rally and the best bod contest. When June rolls around these super fast coils of Oklahoma backroads, head to the Copperhead Run Rally, you're sure to be bitten by the good time and great riding. |
