Meet  Bodacious
My new 4" up and 6"out, 42 degree drop-seat KZ1000 with a 300 tire,
thanks to Cycle 1. It has one off PMFR Wheels, a fat front tire in a Jeri's custom
springer front end, Mr. Turbo-charged Liska KZ motor! I made this bike like I
wanted, no magazine reference, group consensus, or catalog parts. This is a real
honest motorcycle. No hidden panels, skirting or fake parts. She's a good girl too,
one kick all day long. Look at her at
Smokeout '06.
Whoooooeeeee!!
The Liska gear on the left will replace the broken plastic
factory unit along with 16 new cam bearings, big stainless
valves,
converted to shim under.
MRE Slipper clutch, Wiseco 1075 Kit, Every APE part
you can think of, welded crank, reinforced cases &
studs and Liska's brilliant head work. Stainless
valves, bronze guides and just look at the port job.
Undercut transmission, overshift bushing, hardened
steel trans bearing kit, all electric start parts removed,
the list just goes on,,,
Internal brake
lines, only one of
the great details
you get with a
Jeri's Springer. I
added hidden fork
stops.
The idea started with these
drawings. When I got to the
fender, it seemed unnatural to
cut up the shape.
Lit it when I rolled back in the shop,, pushed the ft.
wheel across the floor to the parts counter. Yeah,, it
does need a 300 tire.
