This is Joe's American Ironhorse Texas Chopper
He has brought it to me to make him a sissy-bar &
relocate the stand.
First was the mock up. I made a pattern from
soft 3/8" tubing and cardboard. The washers
show where Skull Nuts will attach it to the
fender.
After we found the shape that feels right I
copied it with the bender on 1/2" solid Cold
Rolled rod.
It will powder-coated a mountain metallic
Green.
I've make the cross pad for the center of the
sissy-bar and it's getting a matching grain
leather cover stitched up.
Next I've mount I've mounted a Burly side-stand
to the frame behind the primary.

The finished side-stand & Sissy-bar Pad.
This form I cut  from plywood and set a couple 1/4 x
20's in. Next I've stitched a nice cover for it. To set this
off I made a diamond plate cross to back it up. every
thing is attached with Fully detailed cast skulls.
There is no grinding or filler when I use a clear tinted
powder-coat like this, it's super durable and matches
the H.O.K. paint perfectly, but the fabrication must be
ultra-clean.
