Joe's Daytec Framed "Lucky Lou"  Chopper
From the Tri-Tone Candy Flamed Paint over the custom modified tank to the
raked 10" over Pro One front End hanging on the high head 42 degree Daytec
Frame, the Polished RevTech110" and matching 6 speed trans connected with a
BDL Belt Drive. Add the Exile Sprotor and more killer shtufff than I can list.
Now it needs to fit together, run and stop. I added the finishing touches for Lou,
like cables & brake lines, a smaller front tire, make a wiring harness, hide every
switch and button needed to make this monster work right. Then I fabricated some
misc. bracketry and that special Hotshoe powder coated detail to each and every
part of this bike. Now to set her just right I've added a HiLo Rider remote
controlled air-ride suspension.
Making a wiring harness in a small amount of space with no visible switch
or key was a challenge. It called for three micro-switches and 4 relays.
Wires are ran through the handlebars, frame  wrapped in shrink tubing to
promise a long life. All connections are soldered and the hand-made
harness color coded. Where the wires must be visible I wrapped them in a
braided stainless steel skin to match the cables and hoses.
