I considered each piece as I built
Wills show bike. What to plate,
what to powder-coat, what to
polish..

We added the
purple chain to
set off the
spinning package.

The Hotshoe Billet
Levers

Will's R1 is brilliant. Here's a short list thats makes this a Hotshoe Custom.
We have to start with the most fantastic artwork to grace a bike, Rob's brilliant airbrushing.
On the electronics side we have a rear view camera & DVD player with display in the mirror, mega-watt HID
Strobes. & Blue Xenon headlights light the night with an eerie glow..
I polished the frame and sub-frame from inner edges completely around the neck, followed with the Fork
legs, Master Cylinders, Calipers and Rotors.
The bolts fastening purple parts were coating a complimentary amethyst glitter clear, the parts touching
chrome were powder-coated a metallic purple tint. Literally EVERY part. The seats are upholstered in
elephant bullhide.
Trim items include a Purple EK Chain, Chrome Reservoir Caps, Tank Cap, Billet knurled grips, Billet
Chrome Frame Sliders, Graves Engine covers, Greggs Turn Signals and just for grins we got a NX Express
nitrous oxide system with a polished bottle on tail section hanging from a bracket that I hand made.
The magnesium and plastic engine covers were chrome plated along with all of the aluminum parts. I drilled
off the exhaust tips for plating & chassis brackets,
The Brake and Clutch Levers are solid billet aluminum Hotshoe Signature items,
I made the chrome inner fairings to finish the body off right and reflect a lot of light from the hidden 104
purple LED bulbs that are operated by remote control and feature a multi-function strobe.
I am proud of my work here.
